I had a mix of experiences during my stay. The location is absolutely stunning with magnificent views, and the spa services were a real highlight. However, the room I had was dark and in need of maintenance, and the dining experience fell short with some issues in service and cleanliness. Nonetheless, the intimate setting and beautiful surroundings made it worthwhile.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. While the spa services were fantastic and the staff there were lovely, the overall cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. The room I was initially given had dirty towels, and it took too long to handle maintenance issues. Dining options were lackluster with extremely slow service and unappetizing surprises. Overall, it did not live up to the luxury experience I was expecting.
